Oneness With All meditation is for the purpose of helping you achieve a moment to moment, day to today relationship with God and to recognize that you cannot be separated from It. You are part of the One Divine Universal Life that is within you.

You are part of the All-ness, one with the Spirit that is the life that you are. All that is, the Earth, the planets, the Sun, and all of the Universe exists and is within the Divine Presence and Energy of God. You are part of, and one with this same Divine Presence, therefore you are one with All That Is.

With this meditation, you will become more aware of and connected to the God Presence within, which will help to establish a sense of belonging, eliminating feelings of separation and loneliness, many people experience in their lives.

You will feel more grounded, more security and experience the joy that comes from knowing that you are not alone, that you are part of all life, the Earth, the animals and nature, the environment and the cosmos, at all times and in all situations.

This feeling of ‘oneness’ with your True Self also helps you to have healthier personal and family relationships and feel more compassion, tolerance, and patience with others because you realize that in reality, on a spiritual level, that they are part of you.

The Universal Mind within you contains all of Creation. You are part of Creation; therefore, you are part of all life. Knowing and making this universal connection creates a sense of ‘all-ness’ –a oneness and connectedness within you that radiates in, around, and through all areas of your life.
