The Economy, God, and You: Over the course of his lifetime of service, Dr. Masters presented a large number of inspirational lectures during his Sunday services. Almost all of them began with a meditation or healing treatment, after which he presented a teaching that included a set of affirmation statements.
In this lecture, Dr. Masters states that it is human to react negatively to financial and material letdowns. But it is divine to let go and allow God’s inner Presence to guide you in how to fulfill your worldly needs. - Changeless: The Presence of God within me is eternally changeless, secure, whole, and complete.
- Oneness: Through the Christ Mind within me—one with God’s Presence—I am one with God’s Wholeness, Completeness, and Totality, which on a human level manifests as physical security and material substance.
- Needs: God’s Presence, working through the Christ Mind within me, knows exactly what I have real need of before I even ask, if I have been practicing Christ Mindedness daily.
- Meditation: Through my Christ Minded practice of meditation on God’s Presence within me every day, my conscious mind is directed to fulfill my material and worldly needs.
- Will: Through my Christ Minded practice of giving up my personal will to God’s Will daily, God’s Will supplies and guides me to my material and worldly needs.
- Visualization: Every day I take a few moments to visualize or imagine that the Christ Mind Light filling my body on a spiritual level, merges energy factors and guidance to bring about the fulfillment of my material and worldly needs.
- Others: Daily, I take a few moments to declare that God’s Presence in others is materializing and guiding whoever is open to receive physically, materially, mentally, and spiritually.
- Reaction and Action: I understand it is human to react to financial and material letdowns, but divine to let go to God’s Presence within me to take action regarding my needs.
- Prospering: Through practicing Christ Mindedness daily, God’s Presence provides me with creative prosperity ideas that I may use to prosper, even in the midst of hard economic times.
- Daily Attitude: God knows my real needs and supplies them.
