Wholeness meditation is for the purpose of maintaining and recovering emotional, spiritual and physical wholeness and health. Whatever situation or condition that comes into, or exists in your life, establishing and maintaining inner peace is the key to healing, resolving and moving through the experience as quickly and easily, as possible.

Wholeness and inner peace, are the keys to good health, joy and happiness. Stress and tension from the world around us has a direct effect on how we feel about ourselves, on our bodies, our lives and our experiences. Trauma, illness and injury can have negative effects on us emotionally, spiritually and physically, resulting in even greater negative, long term events and experiences in our lives.

As you connect more deeply with the God-Presence within you, and allow the Spirit within to purify and cleanse your mind, body and soul, healing and recovery can take place. With this meditation, you will begin to feel all of those negative emotions and beliefs melt away, as they are replaced by the positive feelings of love, peace, security, groundedness, confidence and tranquility.

Use this meditation whenever you aren’t feeling well in your body and spirit, or feel worried, fearful, insecure, stressed, agitated or angry.
