Dr. King received her nutritional training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied more than a hundred dietary theories as well as a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.
As a graduate of University of Sedona, where she received her Ph.D. in Holistic Life Counseling, Dr. King draws on this knowledge, and helps individuals to create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits their unique body, lifestyle preferences and goals.
Dr. King lectures nationally and internationally, on health, life and mind body healing.
