Janis Hannan believes in the body’s ability to heal itself, given the right conditions. And, the right conditions are just what she had in mind when she founded her holistic health care practice, HEART GIRL Holistic Therapies, sixteen years ago in an 1890s farmhouse in southwest London, Canada, to help people lead healthier, happier, more fulfilled lives.
As a long-time student of the mind/body connection, Janis, who received a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science, B.Msc., from the University of Metaphysics, incorporated metaphysical life coaching and counselling into her practice to help people heal their lives, as well as their bodies. She is also an ordained metaphysical minister, having received her ordination and practitioner diploma from the International Metaphysical Ministry University Seminary.
HEART GIRL Holistic Therapies offers metaphysical/spiritual counselling, aromatherapy massage, aromatherapy facials, reflexology, reiki, and other energy practices, such as earthing and guided meditation. Janis uses a multi-disciplinary holistic approach to her treatments––always putting the needs of the client first and foremost. Her gentle, caring ways create an atmosphere at HEART GIRL that is both warm and welcoming––a place of comfort and serenity where one can leave the stresses of the world behind and allow true healing to begin.
