As technology improved, these 31 basic Spiritual Metaphysical meditations have been updated and reformatted again and again. Now, for the very first time, in crystal clear digital MP3 format, they are available as Instant Downloads. CDs are also still available.

These 31 Metaphysical Spiritual Meditations are designed to be listened to cyclically – a different meditation each day of the month. Repeating the meditation cycle on a monthly basis helps to achieve well rounded metaphysical and spiritual growth. When listening to these recordings, vibrational frequency energies within Dr. Masters are transferred through his voice into the conscious and unconscious levels of the listener.

From such inner activation come outer benefits for many people.
