Rev. Dr. Brooke Brimm is a New Thought metaphysical women’s practitioner, author, spiritual guidance counselor, and yoga instructor. She received degrees in Psychology and Professional Counseling from Georgia State University. She received a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Metaphysical Science, from the University of Metaphysics and a Doctor of Philosophy, Ph.D., specializing in Holistic Life Counseling from the University of Sedona, in 2016. She is also an ordained metaphysical minister, having received her ordination and practitioner diploma from the International Metaphysical Ministry University Seminary.
Brooke has authored two books: Loves God Herself: Yoga and Mindfulness for Black Women Who Follow The Christ and Love’s Gumbo: Ingredients for a Loving and Lasting Relationship, both of which can be found on Amazon.
She has developed powerful spiritual programs which inspire women to explore and discover their authentic God-self. They include her signature programs Inner Beat Movement ™, Release the UnYou and Live as the Real You™, and Brooke Brimm Retreats™.
Brooke uses self-discovery exercises, aromatherapy, creative expression, healing herbs, and crystals as useful modalities to lead clients to their own self-healing.
Dr. Brimm founded Brooke Brimm Ministries, Inc.,501c3, a non-profit with the mission to lead women to hearing their inner wisdom and inner healing.
Dr. Brimm teaches yoga weekly in Atlanta. She is often sought after to facilitate her women-centered programs at conferences, retreats, and special gatherings throughout the United States.
