The search for joy was the biggest motivating factor in Linda’s start on a healing path. After years of a corporate career and raising a family, she awoke to the realization that her life had lost its sense of joy—and she was determined to get it back. Her journey is an example of “if the student is willing, the teacher appears.”
Her volunteer work as a facilitator for a children’s grief group gave her the experience of seeing first-hand the power of thought and its ability to heal. When children felt that they were in a safe and supportive environment they approached the trauma they experienced head-on with courage and inspirational honesty. It fed her soul to see these children who had suffered greatly become empowered and strong. It’s a formula that works for all ages.
Her healing practice is rooted in the firm belief that we can heal ourselves in a safe, supportive environment with some guidance. As we become more “body aware,” we recognize the power and responsibility that we have over our own health.
Energy and emotional trauma healing were the modalities that resonated most with her. Physical pain most often leads people to seek change and get help, but if there is an emotional component not addressed, their pain relief will be temporary. She has also come to know that trauma is a very personal thing and may not seem a “big event” to an observer, but can be life-changing for the individual experiencing it.
In support of her energy/emotional healing modalities, Linda runs her sessions on a Vibroacoustic Liquid Sound Table. It is a massage table with a water bladder and speakers mounted to the base of the table. There are over 50 CDs to choose from that deliver healing Vibrational frequencies from the water in the table to the water in your body.
Her studies, under some of the top teachers in their fields include, Qi Gong with Master Michael Lomax, Past Life Therapy with Dr. Morris Netherton, and Transcutaneous Acupuncture with Dr. Norman Shealy. She earned her Master’s Degree of Metaphysical Science from the University of Metaphysics in 2013 and interned for one year with David Schnelle of Schnelle Bodywork. She has taken numerous workshops through Holos University, attended Celebrate Your Life in Sedona, and found inspiration from many authors and teachers, including Neale Donald Walsch, Jean Houston, Judith Orloff, and Bruce Lipton.
Her approach is spiritual—recognizing that we are all from the same source and that connection to our source is the grandest free-will choice we can make for ourselves.
