Rev. Lisa Scott is the proud mother of four and equally proud wife to Mr. Rob Scott.
Lisa has been involved in the healthcare industry in various administrative capacities for over 20 years. During that time, she has had the opportunity to grow in areas which included teaching over 2,500 employees in one of the largest healthcare systems in Southeastern New Jersey, as well as becoming Certified as an Advanced Facilitator of Process Improvement. In other words, she learned how to assist businesses to “connect the dots,” between systems, processes and functions, in order to understand how to better impact the “bottom-line.” Lisa came to learn how this cumulative knowledge would assist her in her future endeavors.
Lisa created Lisa Scott Coaching and Mentoring in 2006, and quickly learned that her clients not only desired assistance personally, but professionally as well. She came to trust and inherently know that people are powerful by nature and have an innate ability to assist themselves in the areas of growth and healing, which led Lisa to the pursuit of deeper understanding in this regard and, ultimately, the study of Metaphysics.
Lisa Scott Coaching and Mentoring assists YOU, the individual and/or the business owner, who may be “stuck” personally and/or professionally to become aware of, and clear hindrances (self-limiting beliefs, mindset, etc.), always keeping your ultimate goals and vision for your future, and the future of your business in mind.
Lisa facilitates discussions with her clients, allowing the opportunity for the clients to hear their own thoughts/beliefs, and to allow for heightened awareness of their personal desired outcomes in life. She brings that same awareness to business owners, so that their heart/soul is heard… especially in their businesses.
